Chemical industry is the most widely used industry of nitrogen equipment. At present, PVC is widely used, with purity of 99.5% and large flow rate. The purity of PP (PE) is 99.9%, the flow rate is large, and the nitrogen generator is used in the production process. The nitrogen produced by the nitrogen generator is divided into two parts. One is that the demand of activator and catalyst for nitrogen is 99.9% (small amount), the demand of reactor for nitrogen is 99.5% (small amount), and the habitual extraction purity is 99.9%.


The purity of polyethylene aniline is 99.95%. The amount of nitrogen used in the regeneration of petrochemical aniline catalyst is about 4 times that of ordinary catalyst, but the service cycle is short. The purity of POM and ethanol is 99.9%, and the purity of petrochemical products is 99.9%. Oil: it can be used for nitrogen purification of pipes and containers in the system, nitrogen filling, replacement, leakage detection, combustible gas protection of storage tanks, and also for diesel hydrogenation and catalytic reforming. Its purity is generally 99.9%. Anhydride: purity 99%. Polyester: upstream raw material PTA (refined p-benzyl alcohol), the actual purity of 95%, generally 99%.


In the process of PTA production, high purity nitrogen was used to blow bubbles to measure the liquid level of ethylene glycol raw material in high temperature and low temperature reaction vessels. After measuring the pressure difference between the high-pressure end and the low-pressure end, the standard signal of 4 ~ 20mA is transmitted, and then converted into the liquid level height. In the process of PTA production, the pressure of vacuum system is measured with high purity nitrogen, and the filter is backwashed with high purity nitrogen. According to the actual process, polyester chips are generally 99% ~ 99.999%, and the filament and staple of downstream products are 99.9% ~ 99.999%.


Other typical uses: inert gas layer above liquid storage; purging vessels, pipelines, reactors and isolation chambers; synthetic fiber spinning, drawing, chlorination, equipment corrosion protection; nitrogen filling in coating production to prevent polymerization when oil is dry; protective gas for oil tanker (sealed with nitrogen and cleaned on oil surface); inert gas for offshore engineering; dry quenching Coke, catalyst regeneration, petroleum fractionation, nitrogen fertilizer raw materials, catalyst protection, washing gas, rubber packaging and storage, tire production, etc.
