PSA nitrogen generator is a kind of on-site nitrogen system, which has the characteristics of low cost, fast production speed and simple maintenance. It plays an important role in modern industrial production, and is widely used in various fields such as chemical industry, oil and gas, electronics, food, coal, medicine, cable, metal heat treatment, transportation and storage.

1: The exhaust of a tower type nitrogen generator is incomplete.




1. One way valve leakage. (replace check valve or inner sealing ring)




2. The blowback valve is over opened. (adjust the opening amount of back blowing valve)




3. Solenoid valve failure. (check the solenoid valve or replace it)




2: Nitrogen purity of nitrogen generator decreases




1. Too high adsorption pressure > 0.8MPa (lower inlet pressure)




2. The adsorption pressure is too low < 0.6MPa (increase the inlet pressure)




3. The adsorption pressure is unstable (the inlet needs to add air storage tank)




4. Too much water and oil in the air source (check the working condition of the cold dryer, use of the filter element and installation of oil-water separator)




5. Excessive air intake leads to rapid pressure rise (adjust the inlet control valve to reduce the air intake)




6. Air leakage at the outlet interface (reconnecting and testing)




7. Carbon molecular sieve poisoning failure or pulverization (replacement of carbon molecular sieve of nitrogen generator)




3: Nitrogen generator does not work




1. The power indicator light is not on (please check whether the fuse is normal. The fuse is placed at the lower end of the power line and nitrogen machine socket). You can take out the fuse with a single screwdriver. There are also two kinds of insurance, one is standby, which can be replaced when necessary. )。




2. There is no electricity in the plug or socket. (check whether the plug or socket has power. )




3. PLC fault of nitrogen generator (detection, maintenance or replacement)




4: The pressure rises slowly.




1. Insufficient water inflow (increase intake air flow)




2. Serious air leakage at the interface. (reconnecting)




3. The check valve is leaking or blocked. (check and clean)




5: The pressure of the first tower is always zero.




1. The computer controller cannot work. (check and debug)




2. If the valve doesn't work, the solenoid coil may be burned or the valve core may be stuck (gently touch with iron to check whether the fastening screw at one end of the solenoid valve has magnetic attraction). If it is proved that the coil is broken, the valve core may be necrotic. Turn off the power, open the valve block, take out the valve block, gently wipe the dust in the valve core and valve core with a clean soft cloth, and then re install. If the coil is burnt out, replace it.)




Maybe the pressure gauge is broken. (check and replace the pressure gauge)
