1、 How it works

The waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer uses the heat of high temperature gas discharged from the air compressor to directly heat the desiccant, so that the adsorbent can be completely regenerated. It can avoid the disadvantage of large regeneration gas consumption of the non heat regeneration dryer, and overcome the disadvantage of large power consumption of the hot regeneration dryer. Even if it is used under the low pressure condition of 0.35Mpa, as long as the load rate of the compressor is greater than 70%, the dryer can operate reliably. The waste heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a new type of energy-saving air drying equipment with no gas consumption, full use of its own energy and low energy consumption.
