The heat absorption capacity of the substance below the ambient temperature. It takes a certain price to get low temperature - compressed gas needs to consume work, while compressed gas expansion requires work. If this part of the cooling capacity cannot be recycled, it is called the loss of cooling. Thus, the manufacturer of air separation equipment can follow the following steps: change the switch from automatic to manual, close the intake forced valve, and make the on-off valve equalize pressure. Open the valve that releases the contaminated nitrogen. Cut off the expander solenoid valve, close the expander inlet regulating valve and expander inlet and outlet valve. When the water vapor content is constant, the air separator manufacturer can convert the water vapor in the air which is not saturated to saturated steam, so that the excess water vapor can be separated because the temperature is reduced. This temperature is called "dew point" when the water vapor is saturated.


During installation, the air separation equipment factory shall pay attention to the alignment of the gasket, especially the all aluminum gasket. When tightening the nut, it must be evenly symmetrical. If the automatic valve is stuck during operation, the automatic valve shall be opened and soaked in liquid nitrogen for 15 minutes to check whether the automatic valve is flexible. Remove the stuck valve and increase the clearance between the valve stem and the seat hole properly. The filling tower is a steel cylinder shaped container, which is filled in the tower (porcelain ring, plastic ring, etc.). The cooling water is injected from the top of the tower and mixed with the air flowing through the lower part for heat and mass exchange. The atmosphere transfers heat to the cooling water, thus reducing its own temperature and increasing the water temperature.




When the hydrogenation amount reaches about 10% of the calculated value, the furnace temperature should be paid attention to. With the increasing and stable temperature of furnace, the hydrogenation will continue until the calculated value is reached. Deoxidation is carried out when the furnace temperature is lower than 450 ℃. The instrument is analyzed and put into use after it is stable. The air branch of the full pressure air branch is generally equipped with nitrogen water precooling. It mainly uses unsaturated water in polluted nitrogen to evaporate some water. The steam will absorb the latent heat of evaporation, reduce the cooling water temperature, and then use it to cool the treated air, thus reducing the temperature of air entering the tower. It includes air cooling tower and water cooling tower.


Because the pressure on the top of the tower is determined, the temperature and specific enthalpy (H ′ 2) of saturated liquid in throttling and low pressure are kept unchanged with the enthalpy of saturated steam (H ″ 2). In the above formula, the molecular weight is the same as the molecular weight (h1-h ′ 2) and the molecular weight (H ″ 2-h ′ 2), so the gasification rate is the same. Generally speaking, the gasification rate can be reduced to about 11% in the above temperature range. The control of nitrogen water precooler is improved to minimize the temperature of the tower. The air of the utility model is directly in contact with water, which can not only heat exchange, but also clean, remove dust in the air, dissolve some corrosive impurities gas, avoid corrosion of aluminum alloy material of plate fin heat exchanger, and has long service life. Because of the large volume of air cooling tower, air compressor can still play a buffer role in air treatment, and overpressure is not easy to switch.
